Kelly Rutherford Gives Thumbs Up To Blake And Penn

Actress Kelly Rutherford, who plays Blake Lively’s mom on ‘Gossip Girl’, has given the seal of approval to Lively and her on-screen and real-life boyfriend, Penn Badgley, saying, "I think they’re so lovely together."
Rutherford told People magazine that the pair are lucky to be able to experience the rise of the show’s skyrocketing popularity together.
"To be able to go through this ride and success and to have somebody to do that with and share that experience, I think they’re both very fortunate," she says.
"They’re both so together and whatever happens is their business, and I think they’re both darling and very together as people."
Earlier this week, Matthew Settle, who plays Penn Badgley’s dad on the show, said he thinks the viewing public are going to "love them as a couple".
"They’re a very hot couple. They look good together," he said. "And I think they’re good for each other, so why not?"
